Heavy health rune page - is it worth it?

I was experimenting a bit with runes lately, i was thinking of a runes page where everything is + X health, or +% max health.

I didn't relly tried it yet in game but i was think if it could mash well with champion that rely heavily on health like: All cinderhulk junglers, Tahm Kench, Zac, Sion, Cho Gath etc...

I know that with this setup you are probably very weak early on (they are all scaling health runes pretty much), but in the end i get something like +10% max health and a + 130 health at level 18

Can someone tell me if he tried soemthing like this?

In the long run, on champions like the ones you mentioned it could be worth it. But you would be losing out on the early game (last hitting, harass, other resistances).

It's also dependent on the enemy team (i.e Vayne, Velkoz, Ahri, and other true dmg sources) where the extra health would be viable.

If anything, health reds and quints/ armor yellows/ magic resist blues would be an ideal setup for the extra health and keeping you safe early game.

I own all runes since season 3 and I've tried %HP runes, not worth it. Better off using HP scaling or Armor yellow. Runes are all about early game and masteries are for mid game/late game.

It works well and is very strong on junglers that scale well with hp. You're looking at a weaker early game (compared to other rune choices) for a stronger mid-late game. I like running a %hp page on tanks like Sejuani Nunu when my team picks a few early game champs that won't need my help until later.
