With Kassadin's new shorter range this video may now speak some truths.
In other words, now some of the longer range ADCs can shoot him while staying safely outside of his Ultimates range.

Maybe its time for kassadin to get his silence back, and become the only one asssasin with silence in the game. I don't see any other sort of pay off for him (more damage = ppl cry, shorter CD = ppl cry). That would be good - i want more crowd control in the game.
