Why're So Many People Transferring From KR/CH Without Even Learning English?

We have 5 Koreans in NALCS this year who don't even speak fluent English. Last year we had an entire team from China who didn't speak English. Why do they even come to NA playing a game where communication is so important, and why do team leaders recruit from other countries knowing there's a huge language barrier?

North American teams pay them more. You'll get alot of people saying that they just want free wins or whatever, but that's not the case. That being said, I would much prefer all my players to fluently speak the same language, but maybe that's why I don't own a professional LoL team.

Also, all of LMQ were learning English during their time in NA. From what I could tell they were genuinely happy for the opportunity they got and were trying their best to fit in over here.
