Why riot why? :/ the 90% of the EU.NE players already have their rewards :(

It is going to take a week to get everyone their rewards. They do it in waves in order to verify that everyone gets the correct reward. If you don't have your rewards by the end of the 18th, then you can make a Support Ticket. Until then, you need to wait.

My definition of a reward is a physical object which has a useful purpose. My definition of an award is a recognized title in name alone. Considering how what you're calling a reward is actually extensive computer coding carefully made by other people, to give out en masse to make their clients feel special, I would call that an award. There are some items which can be both a reward and an award. For instance, I was given a jefferson cup for "utilizing a library's resources," and I use it to drink water.
