Have encountered a Platinum Tahm Kench who only knows how to talk shit (high elo rant)

When there are players who are at least Gold & above, they will have the tendency to talk crap at his own teammates, since he can use his elo as an excuse of "no backtalks" argument. Come on, I was playing ADC Lucian and was laned with Platinum Tahm Kench. I admit I'm not the best Lucian player & really trying hard, and yet all this guy can do is talk talk talk:

After I muted him, he then leaves bot lane & proceeds to roam mid & top lane without having any conscience to prevent an enemy bot Vayne from snowballing hard. I don't get this logic. So you know I'm bad, then you leave me just to extend the problem? How does that even solves? Has the Platinum badge plagued over his mind to do w/e he likes or something??

I wish people who talks like this will have a division lowered. That'll teach them how to watch their mouth. I will be personally sending a Ticket to Riot Support, just wanna share to to let everyone know how low high elo's logic lies at.
