@Riot With the removal of WOTA, what about Ohmwrecker & Wit's End?

Are this two item also on the optional list of being removed as well? Cz I never seen anybody building this at all, despite people who may come in here & start lecturing on how the two items are useful in some cases.

Ohmwrecker isn't a necessity in the game at all considering the fact that turrets are already in their weakest state, so the item is just a waste of slot.

Wit's End may be ideal for Tank champions, but other items like DMP & such are a more proper choice in terms of teamfighting. Even I never seen a single Shen player building this & went Titanic instead.

So is there in the future that this two items will be either removed, or reworked into something better?
