With just 2 items , Liandrys and Rylais....Hes strength knows no bounds.
Of course that in team fights, he has to decide who to ult and pray he doesn't get in trouble, since an enemy silence and he's dead as well.
He's pretty strong but I think he's one of those champions that sounds way more overpowered on paper.
He's obviously extremely strong in a 1v1 situation, but he lacks any escape and I think he is pretty balanced in team fight situations
