The post you were attempting to comment about was locked for a reason. The discussion went to places that aren't OK on the Boards and attempting to continue that is not something we will support.
I also posted a question, got an answer and wanted to respond with a thank you, but I as well do not have access to the 'comment' tab at the bottom. Just today. I'm sad :(
