I'm pretty certain all Traditional Skins are Limited, not Legacy. Which is a shame because their ingame models look awesome. All we can hope for to ever get our hands on these skins, is that they somehow are available in Hextech Crafting..

No, it's legacy. You can get them from mystery gifts (and consequently, Hextech). I got traditional Sejuani from a mystery gift
