I never thought my love to taric could come back...

(This thread has no point, other than being a little thank you to RIOT for giving me my old main back.)

But hell, these last changes totaly changed the Champion for me.

I have to be honest, I hated the rework. I seriously HATED it. I felt like I lost a dear friend.

Taric was the very first Champion I ever played back in the closed beta, and to be honest, I fell in love with him right away. He was exactly the champion for me, a Paladin who would protect his allies and strike down his enemys, while being a radiating beacon of hope. (Especially with his old passive, that made him shine so bright, leona would have praised him)

Then the rework happened... and I couldnt get into that champion. That wasnt taric and the new one... just sucked. He had a powerfull Ultimate, 1 decent ability and 2 shitty ones. Well, at least thats how I saw it.

I hated it that you HAD to always have the passive up, forcing you to use all your spells asap. No longer could I hold on to my stun until i felt it was right... unless i wanted to wait forever for the otehr Cooldowns.

Then... the new change to his Q came. And hell, i was sure the spell would be super bad now. And I was right... kinda.

The heal itself still sucks harder than Ezreal and Taric when they get some alone time, but finaly you can have your passive up aöll the time, which means... your other spells finaly have a reasonable cooldown. Sure, the mana costs are high, but if you keep Q on Level 2 and buy mana regeneration, thats no problem mid/lategame.

I really enjoy playing him now. I feel like that old Paladin again. I mean, like he says: https://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/5/52/Taric_Select_new.ogg/revision/latest?cb=20160413033913

Thank you so much RIOT, in terms of League of Legends, you gave me back my first love :)
