Incorrect information on the website
I don't know if this is just the physical limitations of the website, but many champions have scaling that say +0, or that the damage dealt is 0% of the target's health.

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/League_of_Legends_Wiki is a lot more accurate, the gamepedia page LoL has is usually outdated or bugged.
