So, mystery champ shard when?

It should be released already, I have 450 Essence and I can't get a champ to Mastery 6 because I can't make Orange into Blue or get enough chests with champions in them.

They should either allow us to convert Essence or disenchant lv 6 tokens (I wanna rush some champs but I don't really care about others, so I'm not gonna upgrade them anyway) or release the mystery champ shard....
