Does Jinx have sex appeal to the majority of people?

I remember I was talking to my friend and he ended up saying something like, "Jinx is bae." At first I thought he was just saying stuff, but apparently, he finds Jinx to be one of the more attractive female characters in LoL. I thought it was just him, until some other friends also said they thought Jinx was pretty hot. A few questions I have because of this.

Is JInx considered sexually attractive by the majority of people? I don't find her unattractive, but I wouldn't say she looks particularly sexually appealing, either.
Is Jinx's personality attractive?
Why the hell does a grown man care about the reasons as to why other people find Jinx attractive? I don't know if you guys can answer this question, but I might as well put it down.

Her base in game model is definitely not attractive to me. Plenty of other art is fine though but not the best way to judge. Her personality is fun to play. But not in reality.

Some people might find her personality cute because of the way she acts about all the destruction and mayhem she causes.

Others might like that she's not designed like a photo-shopped supermodel (long legs, large breasts, narrow waist) like many of the other female characters in League.

I personally don't dislike her nor do I mind her. She's a fun champion to play, and her theme and character design are well expressed in-game. My appreciation for the character doesn't really extend past there though.

I guess she has that quirky nerd sex appeal that you can't quite put a finger on.

Physically, she is rather skinny and ofc, small up front. (Some people like Kate Moss...to each his/her own.)

Her personality irl would be scary as hell, but since she is a VG character, that makes her cool (always thought of her as a mash up of Harley Quinn and Tank Girl, both who are cool, but again scary if they were real).

I guess I see her as more of a bad ass Tom Boy bff. So she is "awesome" sexy but not "hot" sexy, imo.

I think a lot of people are attracted to her "personality." There's something about a crazy girl that's appealing. Probably because guys figure she's probably crazy in the sack as well.

To answer your first question, some people prefer smaller than bigger. I don't know her age, she seems kinda young though (and then there's people who fantasize about annie)

visually she's eh. don't care. but I can get behind the "blow shit up" motto she's got going on. also 4th of july just happened, so I got to see a lot of shit blown up including the car right next to me. now THAT was a show I tell you what.

I like girls with smaller breasts, and nice long legs, preferably in short shorts/skirts. That is Jinx, though tbh I wish she had a shirt on, although bikini top is cute too. Similarly I always married Ann in HM64. Some people find petite girls attractive. This is a fact. And then there are the fucked up pedos who find Annie attractive...
