Ok so might as well add my two cents here. Jhin or if you like the theory on YouTube djinn, hasn't actually killed anyone, he granted their wishes with his powers, see wanted to be the ultimate assassin so jhin took his sense of self as a price, garen wanted a worthy opponent so jhin took his compassion (heart), sonas parents wanted her to be a virtuoso with the ethwal so jhin took son as voice, and go wanted to stop being a criminal so jhin took her security by making her hands useless without her gauntlets. This is jmo but I also view jhin as marksman/support or marksman/assassin Just my thoughts though

Zed's already the best assassin known to the Kinkou so don't see why he would want to be shot to become maybe a bit better. Garen tries to uphold Demacian beliefs and ideals. That includes having a heart and not straight up subjugating people. Him losing one of the traits of Demacia is completely counter to his character. Sona was adopted. Nobody knows who her actual parents are. She has been mute since birth. Vi isn't a criminal anymore and enjoys punching people who are. Losing her only way to catch criminals in return for not having anyway to use her hands is entirely counter to her character.
