Edit #1: Summoner spells that are never used. Edit #2: Matchmaking. Seriously. Bronze players do not want to play with Plat/Diamond. "normal MMR" is not an excuse.

I don't understand why Sona is being nerfed, though.

Not saying I disagree with some of these changes, but you gotta consider what is easier to accomplish. It probably takes riot a much shorter time to simply lower someone's move speed than to let's say: rework olaf's kit. So, of course changes like base move-speed reduction are gonna happen much quicker than the long-standing issues with more technical balance changes. Honestly, we just got off x-mas and new years break, which even riot employees deserve too, so this pbe update is probably whatever they could accomplish in the 3-4 days after new years.
