This game is painful to play

I've been playing since S1, hell since this game first launched really.. And I've noticed it more and more as years progressed. Im getting real tired of these chat bans because of trolls and trash players. Like if Lyte actually sat down and looked at my chat logs fully he'll see how I act towards players that have skill and show it, players that don't have skill and admit it, and players that are damn near brain dead.

It's been getting worse and worse as time progresses, and I really love this game. It's just. The devs are so fucking stupid... Except for the guy that did the Sona rework. Man is a genius.. And the Artist. Those people are fantastic when it comes to artwork..

Lyte please. Just. Stop and think about what you're actually trying to do to solve a problem. Im going to lay down, that last game of trolls and bait and switch game gave me a small migraine.

Players level of skill or their attitude in your games doesn't give you the right to lash out at them.

You are not allowed to insult other players. It doesn't matter what the situation is and it doesn't matter if they are ALSO breaking the rules, you're supposed to mute them and move on while playing your best.

So.. according to you. no matter how good a player is, that player is forced to be stuck in silver and bronze because trolls are okay?

You see. it's that kind of trash that makes no sense. The issue is the players that aren't good at all. Players that don't want to get good. And all they do is troll and feed all game.

Now if a player is barely starting out, well he won't be in ranked either way, but he has time to learn.

Now if a player is barely starting out, well he won't be in ranked either way, but he has time to learn.

If someone is flat out trolling their games (not just being really, really bad at it) then they will get banned. If you insult and rage at them then you will also be punished (be it ban or chat restriction).

PS: No one gets 'stuck' in bronze/silver. If you play above your division and play more than a handful of games then you will climb out without any issue. It's simple statistics and the elo system has been proven to work many, many times. That being said, yes it can be frustrating. Taking that frustration out on others though is not going to help anyone and makes you a negative influence on the game (just as much as that guy who instlocks and feeds 10 kills)

Are you serious. Are you really being serious with me.

I'm saying trolls are not your problem, they are riot's. They are breaking rules and will be punished by riot accordingly. Your abuse of them (verbal or otherwise) is also against the rules and will be punished by riot accordingly.

At the end of the day though, trolls or otherwise will not significantly impact your rating. Your rating is a reflection of your average influence on the outcome of games. If you want it to rise then that's on you to fix and is not related to the 'trolls' you seem to think are the problem

PS: Gentle reminder that there's no rules against being bad at the game. Just because someone does really really poorly doesn't make them a 'troll'.

If you change the way you interact with people based off of how skilled they are at League of Legends, you deserve the bans.

If that is the measure that determines whether a person deserves to be treated with basic human decency... then you really need to take a look at your priorities.

You have problems, seek help... now before it's too late.
