There's no point in saying things like:

OMG Im so bored, can we ff ppls?
I dun care anymore, jg never help me gank
"told u to back, y didnt u went back?" idk man, idc anymore

You don't have to hide your shame just to show you are all so Mr Perfect. You just purely suck, and we WILL report you after game ends, and not for "Unskilled Player" since I heard that wont get you ban.

A feeding ADC who constantly says she was bored, solo-pushes, got herself obviously ganked for about 3 times?

I thinnk "Intentionally Feeding" report seems to fit pretty well.

Maybe that ADC got angry that after he/she helped leash jungle, and completely lost early game advantage to aggressive bot lane, the jungle disappeared and refused to help push back and/or gank bottom lane.

Tbh, obviously that ADC was in my team and got us losing. Couple of other facts that you have to mind:

We were on blue side, and I wanted a leash for blue buff, so my ADC got her early bot farms.
It was a 2v1, enemy support dc for like 10 minutes.
........somehow lost to a 2v1 when I never saw the enemy jungle bother coming to gank bot.

Actually in your post you implied the correct report would be "unskilled player" but that you would file a false report for another reason to increase the odds of a ban. So, you are a liar and nothing you say can be taken seriously.

Entire match told me to have aids after losing top with jg doing shit. Don't act like you're just the victims. Some of those feeders suffers mentally from team abuse and even the enemies.
