I really enjoy his playstyle, i think its definitely unique and fun. But he just feels a notch below even the mid-tier adc's. His W, for the high 90 mana cost, feels underpowered. Dmg output overall feels a bit too weak. And his mana regen is way way too low. He has 1.7 mana regen/sec at lvl 6 or 7. That is ridiculously low. And lastly his ult feels like it does barely any dmg until the last one. I dunno...i personally feel like he could use some tweaking
i actually really like jihn right now. his W has a high mana cost because of his super long range you can gank people in bot lane from dragon without ever putting yourself at risk. because after an ally stuns someone you can W and add a root to it is real then you fire your ult that slows people by 80% .75sec for each bullet landed the R is an execute as well it does more dmg for people being low i believe it is increased in dmg by 2% for every 1% of your opponents missing hp. so i feel he is ok
If anything, his lategame is just a bit on the strong side. I think he gets a little too much utility from his Q due to its low cooldown and negligible cost. His early game is pretty poor and he certainly has some bad matchups, but he scales with items really hard. Mana should be manageable, but if you're spamming too much you can always pick up an Essence Reaver--which made my mana bar feel like a bottomless pit all on its own. I think he's in a relatively good place.
his w isn't meant to be a poking tool, its MEANT for the root you can get from it. Secondly the ult does damage on MISSING HEALTH, if you shoot a dude at full hp with 3 shots, its gunna do crap for damage, it is an execute move. and i quote "Curtain Call's damage is increased by 2% for every 1% of the target's missing health, and the final shot Critical strike icon critically strikes ." and no he is not weak, he can hit 1000 ad by himself. that is FAR from underpowered, i don't even think any champ can hit 1k ad anymore without sword of the occult. https://youtu.be/kxLQDRIMRLg
