Nothing is limited buddy riot is fraud. Also everyone knew once all skins were converted to legacy they'd come back much more frequently. Just like in real life if people are cry babies enough eventually people will give in. It's why the world is a terrible place. Riot is just falling in line lols.
Gotta say that throwing, say, Nightmare Cho'Gath to the bundle is simply to bump the RP price, because you can get it at half price every year. Same for Baron Corki.

They aren't Limited Skins... Legacy come back whenever they come back. Limited Skins are the ones that never come back. They have a clear stated difference.
