Anyone else having trouble with patch?

With the most recent updated 5.23 patch, I've been stuck at 33% forever now. The "files scanned" continue to increase and is now at 5,000. Is this supposed to happen?? Is it happening for anyone else?? Please help.

All I can say is let it go until an error pops up. If not, restart the patcher

Have you ever reached 7,000 files scanned? This can not be normal
