Rengar is too broken.

The exclamation point that warns when rengar is ulting near you is 100% useless when he has ghostblade activated. He appears out of nowhere and one shots you with 0 counterplay. No time to react to even put a pink ward down and exhaust his burst. source: i am season 5 master with 19 ping and still could not react fast enough. like if he's fed and he can one shot thats perfectly ok i don't mind that because i should be able to exhaust his entire kit and reduce his damage by 40%. but when the game doesn't allow you to something that it is supposed to. and by this i mean, the game is supposed to give a warning sign that rengar is ulting near you (the exclamation point above your head when rengar ults) yet, he appeared out of nowhere with maybe only a milisecond or two of the exclamation point and proceeded to instantly kill me with absolutely 0 counter play. BTW, he didn't even have upgraded boots either. he had ghostblade active and rank 1 ult as well as 6 trophies (25 bonus movespeed + 125 range) his ms is nowhere near maxed out and yet around 17 minutes in the game he can instantly appear.
