i just waited in a 20 minute leave buster queue penalty and this bug happened. now i have to wait 40+ minutes to play 1 game. please fix this. the game is actually unplayable.
This means you are badly lagging: the server sends accept notices to ten players, times out and disbands because one player (you) fails to accept, and only after that does the accept button appear on your screen. At which point, when you try to accept, the game no longer exists. I know this because it has once happened to me while I was on Skype with a duo friend. He accepted, it timed out, he got the message that I was the one who failed to accept, and then it popped on my screen.
