Can We Make Self -Gifting Available During Legendary Snowball?
I thought about this, but never remembered to post anything about it. Would it be possible to do so?

Self mystery gifting ended a couple of days ago, they probably didnt let it stay because of the free skin with Legendary skin promo going on now.
The skin does not have to be gifted to start the snowball. If you buy yourself a legendary skin, you will get a mystery skin.
