How do I deal with ranked promo anxiety? This would be my fourth time getting to my promos for silver 4 and it always ends up with trolls, feeders, ragers, negative attitude, basically everything that can go wrong goes wrong in my promos and I am anxious about playing.

I know you might want to climb really badly but theres no real downside to failing promos. just win a couple more games a try again.
Daxterr1 votesI just tried ranked again yesterday. One game of my promos we had a teleport ignite shaco support who died before 3 minutes. In the next one our team had a top lane udyr who got a tear and no damage items. What i'm tyring to say is that theres no point of being nervous. It's not up to you. It's up to god.

I'm not feeling the rito gods mercy today so i'm gonna save some stress. xD

So don't worry you will never advance unless you invest hundreds of hours and it will be taken away at the beginning of each year anyways, hench forth this game has lots of people playing ranked games that really could care less if they win.
Result = ranked LoL is just luck of the draw on which team gets the troll, feeder and/or afk
