I can barely even play anymore because it takes a millennia to lock in my champ due to all the fancy animations and shit that make it impossible to actually do anything. Its SOOOO laggy, and im TIRED of getting que dodge penalties because i cant even lock in my champ.

Try the low spec mode. If that doesn't work just play in legacy untill they sort it out. Every update to the client brings better performance. I was playing on legacy untill the last update. It's perfect for me now.
