Little Idea for Summoner Icons and Champion Mastery

How about when you reach Level 5 with a Champion, you can choose either this Champion (like it is in match History for example) or one of the spell icons of this Champion as your summoner Icon?

What about when you reach max rank on a champion, you get a random skin for them? Or even get the choice of a skin for them? With the coming crafting system, it will take a considerable amount of time to get enough material to make something permanent.
