Dear Junglers, when I ask for ganks, please gank my lane immediately ASAP

Not waiting til we got 20% Hp left or when one of us backs til you got cocky-headed and dives 1v2.

I have a better idea:

When you ask for a gank, we'll evaluate our current objectives and then communicate what we're going to do. If we're just about to start a buff and you need help, we'll stop what we're doing and be there. If we're 20% hp and need to recall, we'll let you know.

But part of this is on you. Freeze your lane, allow yourself to be pushed if the tower isn't about to go down, don't overextend, and you better have been spending money on wards to prevent getting camped. If you can do that, you'll get many more ganks.

When you ask for ganks you don't get to decide when. If you have a bad jungler they will probably gank at a bad time. If you have a good jungler they will not need you to ask for ganks, they will do what they think is best for the team regardless of your wishes.

It's not a junglers role to get you fed, prevent you from feeding, or keep you from losing your lane - that's your job. If you haven't taken the queue from Riot over the last two years with the jungle changes, then you're beyond saving anyway.

^ Amen to the above, however on a note when a lane gets camped 24/7 and your JG does absolutely nothing + your whole team refuses to change play early game so the enemy gets fed massively, and then players start raging.
