What if we made 975RP skins purchasable with IP....

I mean we could make them 15,000 IP or something... I mean we could put limitations on it like you need all the runes and champions, or that you need all the champions and 1/2 of the runes... or something. Price is also easily negotiable. Could be 10k could be 25k IP...

I know we might not be in the majority, but there are players that now own all of the runes, rune pages, and champions.... And something like 15k IP isn't that abuse-able if they set the right prerequisites...

Please don't down vote without at least posting why... This is something that could be fun for all vet players.

So as someone who has literally spent $3000 on skins I do and don't support this.

As long as its an actual grind to purchase skins like 9000+ IP then I can get behind this.

However, anything less than something you actually have to grind for, then why did I spend all that money.
