(RIOT) Please go easy on the chat bans (URGENT!)

My friend has low "report MMR" and easily gets chat restrictions from being reported. She doesn't even insult people she just wants to win. Me on the other hand I get offended by people try harding on the other team and tell them what lucky pieces of shit they are. I just got my first chat restriction a couple days ago and I can see how much it sucks. She told me she has like 30 more chat bans to go through.

Can you fix your system plz, its broken in a way. Anyway this is competitive online, why are there even chat restrictions?

yeah they really need to fix this i was banned in august and after being unbanned i have only been good havent been toxic but then i have friends who tell the other team ive been toxic then get multiple reports for negative attitude.. riot really needs to get this together and just got an 18 game chat ban. i have not been toxic or anything since august so whats up riot?
