Free transfers from LAN to NA once Chicago servers are up [REQUEST]

When LAN servers were completed, Riot allowed free transfers from NA to LAN, partially to allow NA East Coast players to play on servers almost twice as responsive as the NA servers. Now that they're relocating servers to a more centralized location, I think Riot should allow people to transfer from LAN to NA for free for two weeks or so. This would allow East Coast players to get back on NA now that the ping would be playable.

Opinions anyone?
