Curious about a narrative / writing internship at Riot Games

Hoping a Red sees this but....

Hello,

I am interested in trying to become an intern at Riot Games in hopes of one day working on the narrative team to any extent. I love writing, especially fantasy, and I would like to think I am decent at it.

Here's the problem: your website is difficult to navigate in terms of internships or jobs. I do not know where to start in this process.

I am currently a professional writing student, working on the second semester of my second year of university, but I am a junior in terms of credits. I don't know if you search for a particular age group for interns or not. I have plenty of creative pieces I have done, two unfinished novels ( it's a struggle to do the middle ground of plot ), and I have a couple solid shorts I have written. Shorts are the pieces I have the most practice in and excel at.

I am a professional writing student, but only for the marketability if creative ventures fall through. I would love to write for a game, or an RPG or MMO to do quests, but Riot would be great to work at. To be constantly creating, that would be the dream job.

What's the likelyhood to get into a program for the narrative field and how important is a portfolio? Most importantly, how do I get into it.

TL;DR

Please help a a guy with a passion for storytelling try to realize his dream by getting me in touch with a Rioter.
