Hate this game! thanks riot

I am so sick of this game. I get excited to play new champs or level new accounts but then i get to ranked (silver usually) and its like........why do i even bother. there are so many trolls that it makes the game not even fun anymore. Riot you wouldn't need a new toxic system if you actually did something about all the trolls. But you don't and you lose more and more players because they are sick of spending 40 minutes in a game with people running straight down mid lane going 0/15. Or better yet when a troll picks anivia goes to your lane and walls you off over and over so the enemy can kill you. What does it take from your player base for you to finally do something. Been playing since season 3 and it hasn't gotten any better only worse. At this point i hope i get banned for cussing some troll kid out. So i can finally give up the game for good and stop spending 100-200$ a month on it.
