Riot doesn't give a shit about player experience, they just want to ban you.
If they cared at all, they'd disable /all chat.

They did. All chat is disabled by default, you have to go into your settings and enable it.
They care enough about us to leave that option in our hands. And yes, it is an option, you can turn it off for all of your games if you really want to.
if that one guy could live in the desert for 2 days, u can handle this too.
