I really agree with that, but I mean I can see why riot wouldn't want too, Imagine if you're in a bronze game, and you have a silver border, and all of the enemy team sees it, it'll psychologically mess with them, thinking you're better.

That's can really apply in any elo, but mostly in Bronze/Silver, I do agree though, it would make it so much more colorful!!
