Would you use an unofficial Solo Queue?

I had an interesting idea this morning, and thought I'd get some feedback before attempting anything.

There are community made websites that can approximate MMR. There are community made websites that can track your match history. There are community made websites that can rank/compare players. There are community made websites that can create tournaments.

What if there was a community made website that did all of that to create an unofficial Solo Queue?

NOTE! The queue times would likely be longer, getting into lobby would be more complicated, the matchmaking may not be accurate, but it would be a way to compare players that were only playing Solo.

Voted no because I already quit playing instead.

Any other opinions? I wouldn't think getting Solo Queue lovers to vote on a way to get Solo Queue would be like pulling teeth.

I never get to play with a group, so I'm highly interested in having a solo queue. I know, I know, it's a team game, but I have to play after my friends have gone to bed and I have never found anyone online that I have any synergy with at all.
