Why is there no "Report Player for being an A$$" on the fourms?

When someone can be offensive and call everyone a child and tell them to stop doing drugs so they don't come up with the ideas they have as well as having an offensive name, Why can't they be kicked off the fourms already?

I have recently encountered this kind of person. It was even worse when he recruited another one to say the exact same thing as him and agree as well as downvoting all of my posts. I don't see how this is even allowed.

Edit: Yes, I know there is a report for being offensive but that doesnt work when what the person says isnt obviously offensive (racial slurs, excessive cussing, etc)
