Why is it that the Tribunal is always in recess? I check every day, every hour, on the hour....and it is still ALWAYS in recess...Will it ever be open? I would love to be a part of the Tribunal process....it is something i want to experience...so what's the deal?
It's down for a major rework right now. They're improving some of the features and adapting it so it'll be able to support multiple languages and stuff (so they can release it in more places than just NA). I'm sure there'll be a big announcement made when it comes back up, so until that happens there's no reason to even bother trying.
