Is this no urf stuff for real or?

If URF isn't released today i really don't know what to say....I mean i literally stopped playing league of legends for the most part because to me the game is going so down hill so fast that i don't even want to play it anymore. like i lost all pleasure in playing this game and before anyone says anything about being a nub i have over 4,400 hours logged to date..So i'm sitting here thinking well urf will be fun atleast maybe it will help me respark my passion for this game? and now this? geeze...
