I can no longer goto riot comment directly after the boards update .

idk if it's just me but we used to have a small window where we can directly jump to riot's comment and not search pages for it .

EDIT : we were also able to check how many comments they did and who commented also

Are you viewing the page in Discussion View or Chronological View? In Chronological it doesn't have that, but the "go to next/last Rioter comment" is still on their comment. Some boards do not have Discussion view though.
