Bronze Hell is Hell

Yup you heard me right. I need some help with bronze. I'm in bronze 5. Yeah I know, I suck. But I can't help but feel that I'm not doing anything wrong. I main mid lane and whenever I get the chance to go mid I do fairly well. But there is always, and I mean always, a troll, afk, feeder, or just complete idiot on the team. This is not to say I have never fed, but for the most part, my team just constantly brings me down. And when I do get fed in mid lane-I have two options. I can either keep getting fed and push my lane hard, or I can try and help another struggling team member get kills. Helping another team member, however, constantly seems like a waste of time. It seems like its not worth the effort because my adc usually NEVER knows how to play. But since my team is constantly losing, does this mean I am the problem? I don't understand. So I need some tips. How in the hell do I get out of ELO hell?

Trying supporting out of bronze and add the fact that 2 wins equals one loss. Now that is hell.

I want you to stop playing ranked until you can get perfect CS on an AD champion in a bot game. Zed, Yasuo, Trynd, Yi, I don't care which. Just go into a custom game by yourself and don't play ranked until you have 100 cs by 10 minutes on an AD champion.

What you're doing wrong is you're not killing the minions. When you don't kill the minions, it's very unlikely you'll win any fights against your laner, so you'll feed them kills and hurt your team. Killing minions means feeding less deaths and getting more kills, all without changing anything else about how you play.

I feel ya man, i was placed in bronze 2, but now I ended the season in plat 3 :) the key to climbing is focus on yourself. I also main mid lane, so I can help here. Play strong laners who you can dominate the lane with, and then roam to top and bot and get them fed too. Always focus on objectives. Objectives objectives objectives. Objectives will win you the game. If you kill the jungler- get you and your jungler to do dragon. If you kill the enemy mid and you cant roam, push the tower (careful of their jungler thought). You won't always win lane purely off of getting kills. To make up for this, you need to CS better. Take off all your runes and masteries, and go into a custom game and practice CSing until it feels like second nature. About 18 CS is worth the same gold as a kill, so even if you can't kill them, you can get a gold lead through CS.

As far as the trolls and flamers go, if you even THINK someone is going to flame, just mute them. Communicating with pings will be fine. AFK's happen throughout all levels of play, and although its hard, you can win 4v5's if you play it right. People in bronze make tons of mistakes, so even in a 4v5, the enemy team will give you lots of chances to get picks and make it 4v4 or they might even turret dive you and fail.

Hope this helps, good luck :)

Some of the Biggest Tips I can give you is that Bronze and Silvers makes a lot of mistakes. These types of mistakes, are such as; -Not warding as much -Missing majority of the CS -Not roaming -Not attempting to gank -Allowing the enemy to trade, without attempting to trade back (Hp)

If you play mid lane, you should try to work on your CS, don't put aggression over CS-ing. CS-ing is very important in this game, and you should try to work on it in customs, normals, or ranked. Whichever one you feel like. Try to get close to the perfect CS mark, is possible. if not, 75% should be alright. Last things to note is that, your enemy will probably tend to make a lot of mistakes. Try to abuse over that fact and auto him, hit him with spells, etc.

p.s. When you are CS-ing, don't use your abilities, or AD champions. Try using champions like Leblanc, and Vladimire, while practising.

Bronze is actually not the worst. Bronze may have people just can't climb. Silver is by the worst to be in.
