Should I buy Riven or Fizz?

I can't decide who to buy. Been saving up for a while. Riven seems cool but fizz is just so much fun. Or should I save for any other champ. Open to suggestions. Looking for someone who I can get a lot of kills with.

Fizz is less volatile and more reliable in most situations. Riven is a pubstomp champ that NEEDS to get ahead to make an impact.

I like Fizz.

But it really depends how much you want to make people get angry with you.

Because the general stigma for both champions is "they're rotten, dirty low-lives."

I still like Fizz though. :3

I'm biased toward Riven because she's more fun to me, as a fighting game player.
