League of Legends Refunds.

Dear Riot,

I would really enjoy if you created a system where players could get a certain number of refunds after a period of time. Maybe 1 refund every 2 months or even per month. I often find myself buying a champion that I realize I don't enjoy, but I spend so much time saving for that champion and then never playing it. Maybe the refunds would only give you back half or 3/4 of the purchase. Whatever the case, I would highly enjoy receiving more refunds given the amount of time I spend playing League.
