@Riot: Ok, so got into the Heroes of the Storm alpha, and they've got replays

Come on Riot, step your game up. There's a friggin ALPHA out there that has replays. Why can't you implement a replay system after 5 years?

Because they even could not change engine of the game. Game is still running on Adobe Air which is laughable.

There's also the fact of capacity. Heoes of storm has how many people in the alpha compared to League's millions? (No, really I have no idea how many Heroes has)

Replays would either have to be stored locally (which really messes with low-end comps with little space) like LolReplay does. Or Riot-side, which would mean Google-level of cloud capacity. Heroes has the major advantage of recognizing the need for replays in it's early days and can let that feature grow with the game. League did not have that luxury.

You know its also Blizzard who have a ton of extra resources that Riot doesn't have and a ton more experience through multiple successful games.
