Since people are asking for more refunds, is it possible to trade in skins (520 for 520, 975 for 975,etc). Without Riot losing money. Like lets say that i have a 975 Dr. Mundo skin, would it be possible to trade it in for another 975 price skin for a different champion?

No, not really.

It'd be nice if you could buy refunds with IP.
