Wait, where's the Lux's new pre-detonate E buff?
Played Lux in ARAM, and her E doesn't even pre-detonate as it was suppose to according to PBE last time. Was it cancelled?

It should do so, as it is stated in the patch notes. Perhaps you're not timing it correctly?
I think its still being made, or its next patch.
I don't know what you mean "pre-detonate" as "pre-detonate while still flying to the target ground" or "detonated as soon as it hit the target ground"...
