Why do you think riot does anything for you? I'm genuinely curious, what makes you think they care at all for their playerbase? Why do players defend rioters when they do stupid shit? Why do players defend rioters when they try to rip off the playerbase? Someone please explain.
I compare riot to other online gaming companies... when I do, they make riot look perfect.

Its pretty simple. Most of the "stupid shit" you are talking about is an opinion.
Its a large game with a diverse playerbase. Everyone is not going to like every change, that doesn't make it a bad change.
There are things they have that I dislike, and a couple that I hated. But as far as I'm concerned they do a good job the overwhelming majority of the time.
Why do you think they don't care?
