Who Next: Taliyah or Brand?

So I mainly play support, but I like Taliyah now that I've tried her since she's free this week, but I'm not sure if I want to return to mid given my decreased ability to cs properly after playing support for so long, but given Brand support offers a lot in damage and the ability to apply hard cc and a ton of aoe damage, I don't know if I should just go for the torch man. Lux has been the only other pure mage support I've tried (and had moderate success) but I feel like I need too many items to get to the point where my damage becomes noticeable.

So what do you guys think? Torch man or Taliyah?

Brand. He is actually rather "cheap" to itemize as you can go item 2301 item 3151 item 3116 and be pretty much set to destroy everything in your path. Taliyah Support is something I haven't tested myself yet tbh, so I can't really tell if/how good she fares.

Depends on playstyle. Brand has more burst but Taliyah has much more sustained damage. Both dont need items to scale. Taliyah's w makes it easy to defer ganks or get kills and her passive and ult makes for much better roaming.

If you want lane dominance I would go with Brand, if you want to roam I would go with Taliyah. Both can dominate most lanes and Taliyah is more difficult.
