How can you tell when you are EXTREMELY tilted?

I'm not the usual type of person to go on tilt, I usually stay pretty calm and chill. Yesterday was the first time I've ever actually experienced real tilt..

I realized it when I had like 30cs at almost 20 minutes as Jinx. I was so tilted that I couldn't even last hit. I'm not proud to say that I had to leave that game for fear of breaking my keyboard, or maybe even more.

It all started with me stopping playing yesterday, I realized it was a bad day for me to be playing league, but some of my friends was like "c'mon man just play, we'll win and put you in a better mood".. So I decided to hop back on.. Worst decision I've ever made..

It started well, a great game of League going 40+ minutes. Both teams playing well, and it simply came down to who had the better teamwork/skill. How it should be. We ended up winning after we aced them at baron. Fun game where I played Cassiopeia.

Then with losing a 4v5 game, us being the 5. Our Renekton decided to feed the Riven, and our Twitch decided to feed Ezreal. So they just all snowballed to victory. I was trying Ivern some more, so there was nothing I could have really done to carry us. Still learning that weird-ass champ.

Then came the EXTREME TILT... Playing Jinx against a Soraka and MissFortune.. This is the game I speak of above. This is when I realized how tilted I was, and what its like playing tilted. It's a horrible experience. I couldn't last hit, was paying no attention to anything, and making horrible decisions. This is when it hit me, "I'm tilted". Real tilt.

TL;DR How can you guys tell when you are tilted? How do you deal with it? Is there anyway to break out of what I mentioned above without actually just stopping playing?

I know I'm tilted by playing Leblanc and looking at my combo. If at any point I'm going for an assassination and I WRW instead of WQRE, I know I'm tilted. if I'm playing Lissandra and find myself scared to do an initiation, then I know I'm under extreme tilt.

How I know I am tilted? I don't tilt very often. I know when I am though because it is a huge weight to just queue up for another game -- not like if you're on a losing streak and you are tired of losing, but like you need to build up enough motivation to just play another game. I am pretty good though at not getting down on repetitive losses. I can just shrug them off and move on.

How do I deal with tilt? I stop playing the game. I have to either watch youtube/videos for a few minutes (10-20 min) or just play a different game for a bit. I need to change things up. I may play chess or cards. I may walk around a bit and read a newspaper/online articles. Just reset myself.

Is there a way to break out of tilt without having to stop playing League? I guess, but it's up to the individual. I can continue playing while tilted. I just need to do something different. I usually queue up for a few bot games and just play champs I haven't played in a few weeks. It helps breaking the cycle of champs you have been playing recently and tricking yourself that it's like a different day. I, also, then read a book during the loading screen (helps get your mind calmed down and reset). Other times, I do some stretches/yoga during loading screen & champ select. It forces me to get rid of the stress of tilt.

gl hf with your future games!
