when is the new tribunal coming out? i havent seen any cases in the past 3-6 months...

They haven't announced a date for when the Tribunal remake will launch. However, if you are interested in the player behaviour stuff, you could always follow Lyte on twitter. It's also likely he'll tweet when they do have a time for the Tribunal to relaunch.
