Simple fix for Auto-Fill

A simple fix to Auto-Fill, would be to make it voluntary. A simple box that you click. The box would read something like this "By checking this box you are agreeing to possibly be auto-filled to keep queue times shorter". However if you don't click that box, you would just get 1 of your 2 preferred roles, with a longer queue time of course.

There are way to many problems with FORCING auto fill onto people, people are stealing roles because " I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THIS SHIT", and they will auto lock a tank top lane even though they got support. It's resulting in WAAAAAAY more dodges, way more negative toxic trolls who are unhappy that they got auto-filled, so they take it out on their team. There are no positives to Auto-Fill, none. It's a lose lose situation. I know ADC's are especially hating it because they get inexperienced supports that have no clue what they are doing, or they just get that auto fill person that decides to afk because they didn't want support, then it's a 1vs2 lane. Too many bads are happening instead of goods.

By simply making Auto-Fill a CHOICE, would fix it completely. Choose if you want shorter queue for the chance of auto-fill if you don't care what role you get, or choose to not get auto-filled for a longer queue.

Riot, i love you, but you gotta stop with forcing shit onto people. Or better yet, stop fixing things, by breaking other things. Just, STOP. Why can't you guys just fix something, without doing something else bad? You mostly gave solo queue back, but then you force people into roles they cannot play well which causes a more negative environment than there ALREADY IS. Your punishing players by not giving them the choice.

I understand you want more diversity, especially with the 10 bans, but you already made players have to pick 2 roles to play, now you are making them play ALL roles for shorter queues. That is an equation for a very unhealthy game environment, and you can see with the amount of Auo-Fill posts, that it is already impacting EVERYONE NEGATIVELY. Especially ADC Mains, since 9 times out of 10, the auto fill will just make you support.

Just make it a CHOICE, and then there will be no damn issues. That simple, it really is, give the OPTION to auto-fill for a shorter queue, DO NOT FORCE it upon people. AND THEN BOOM, FIXED, no problems!
